You don’t need to spend all your free time in the gym smashing yourself. Our compact and focused training programs consist of 2 x 45 minute training sessions and 20 minutes of stretching and mobility exercises per week.
This should leave even busy people enough time to enjoy their sport & lifestyle. Depending on the program, our exercises are selected to ensure strong carry-over to surfing, spearfishing or just life!
