my approach

I take a holistic approach to your assessment and training with an emphasis on postural correction and balance.

I use a comprehensive assessment procedure which is crucial to laying the groundwork for your training. This ensures you can train safely, effectively and to your full potential.

My goal is to build you a strong, efficient body that is less prone to injury. This is achieved by understanding your body’s weaknesses and identifying any tight areas that could be restricting your movement. We work together to overcome these before we go hard or go heavy.

My focus is always on your progression towards your goals.

I take the time to develop a training program that is specific to you and your goals. The emphasis is on good form when performing each exercise to make you get results faster. Corrective stretching and mobility exercises will also be an essential part of your training.

I use scientific principles in both your assessment and training program development. The key is about gaining knowledge of your body and how it moves. This means you get the most out of your training.

Your training program may combine stretching, mobility, strength and high intensity interval training (HIIT), depending on your specific goals. We use equipment, like kettlebells, free weights, suspension straps and swiss balls, or simply your own body weight.

My approach in a nutshell is TRAIN SMART.
