If you’re constantly getting niggles or injuries when you exercise this is a sign that you need to adjust your training. A lot of injuries are preventable.
There are a lot of exercises that can be used to achieve your training goals but some may have negative effects on things such as your posture and joints which will lead to injuries.
There’s not much value in losing a few kilos and toning up if the training you’re doing is giving you a hunch back or you have to scale back or even stop training because of injury.
That’s where someone like a Chek Practitioner can come in handy to help you achieve your training goals without getting injured in the process.
A Chek Practitioner will do a comprehensive assessment on you and then design a more effective exercise program based on this assessment which will be specific to you and your goals.
This should be done before you go hard or heavy in the gym yet it is one of the most overlooked things that I see in gyms today.
